• I get a error exception message when I try to use the software, what's up?
  This usually happens when you have downloaded the software before and your trial has run out. It is a security issue. The way to solve this is to uninstall the previous software (see uninstall details below), upgrade to the full version, enter your new username and password, run the setup exe file, launch the program and start using it. You may see the error appear again. If this happens, close the program and relaunch it. The error should not occur again.
  
  
• I sent an email but after sending it says 45 lists processed 5 bad, what does this mean?
  It usually means that those 5 lists are not compatible with the JPETM submitter at this time or that the list owner has changed their code. In this case you may need to delte the list and renter it. Note: Not all lists work with JPETM even though they may appear to be added correctly. The same is true of all other submitters.

• How do I uninstall the software without losing all the lists I already entered?
  First go to my computer then double click on to c:\ and go to program files \ JPE Advertising\Turbomailer\ Rename the Data2 directory to Data2.old and copy this old directory to your desk top.
  
  Go to your start menu (bottom left of your desktop screen, select all programs, select JPE Advertising - Turbo Mailer - uninstall Turbo Mailer. Do not uninstall turbo mailer by using your control panel as this will not remove all the files. Go to c:\program files and delete the folder JPE Advertising.
  
  Install the new version. Rename the folder Data2.old on your desktop to Data2 - open c:\ program files \ JPE Advertising\Turbomailer\ and delte the new Data2 folder and replace with the data2 folder on your desktop. When you open the software all the list you entered before should still be there.
  
  
• What is the group named Main Group for?
  That is a system group. Don't touch that one. That must remain intact as it is named. You can add as many other groups as you need..
